Her lower accommodation is accessed by the set of stairs centrally located off the main deck. Right forward is a double bed with Ensuite. Aft of the mast on the stbd side is a lovely settee and table. To the port side is another settee too. Aft on the stbd side is the Galley area complete with the likes of a cooker. To the port is a sink & preparation area, plus freezer box and navigation equipment too. To the port and stbd aft are Two separate single bunks located underneath the cockpit. Under the set of stairs is the main engine that's centrally located. The Yanmar (3YM30E) 29HP diesel engine according to the hour gauge has only done 57 hours running and its connected to a single shaft driven propeller. The cockpit aft contains the helm position with a hatch aft providing access to the lazeratte which contains the steering gear and provision for a gas bottle. At hand is a recent Survey Report which we noted:At the time of survey and inspection the "Wild Swan" was found in a good state of maintenance. She is structurally sound, well found and well equipped. Subject to maintain her in a fair state of maintenance, we consider her to be able to contend with all normal marine hazards and she is ideally suited to her role as a pleasure vessel. The vessel was sailed on various tacks and performed well. Wild Swan was sailed in the Swan River out from the Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club. All winches and rigging performed well with many tacks performed. She is also fitted with.
