We are selling "Pippin" only because we intend traveling more with the caravan. Had her for 2 and 1/2 years and have had much pleasure cruising around the canals Mandurah estuary and each time for a fast run out to sea. The 2001 hull ,27ft ,is in excellent condition. The power conversion was done by the previous owner in August 2008, a Mercruiser 5.7 Lt, 250 hp. It has only done 87 hours to date. The interior and exterior are also in excellent condition.
