I Love this boat, she is a 2003 custom built Catamaran Houseboat. powered along by a pair of 130 hp Honda EFI outboards. From Bow to stern there is a lot of thought and features been put into this boat. It will sleep 3 adults and there is room for more on the enclosable front and rear deck. Staring at the bow the stainless rails are solid and there is a walkthrough on the bow to load and unload your passengers easily, there is a built in electric anchor on the bow and the stern. Great front deck with storage and seating as well as room to entertain, there is also steering at the bow for the skipper for when the party is in full motion. Walking through the double door lockable entry there is a single on the right and a dining station on the left behind that is another dining station converted to a full double. Windows with treatments right down both sides of the boat so great viewing. The full steering station with all instruments and controls for Anchors, engines, water levels, sullage levels, engine instrumentations and a great skippers chair. Behind the skipper is a large TV, DVD, Stereo with subwoofer for your party music then there is large kitchen, with fridge, freezer, Oven, cooktop, microwave and heaps of cupboard and drawer space for all the utensils required. Opposite is food prep with sink and more cupboard space. There is a separate pantry. Moving through to the rear there is a large deck which has full drop covers. Huge shower room with vanity and on opposite side a large house style toilet separate. rear deck stainless sink for fish prep and washing plus a BBQ and outdoor speakers as this boat is all about entertaining. Large rear marlin board with electric anchor as mentioned. There are a couple of features that really stanf out, the boat has a large solar panel system that eliminates the need for a gen set as she will never run out of power. Also this vessel is not restricted to the Mandurah waterways you can use it in the ocean and she does cruise along very very well, so a run to the swan and up to Perth or even Rotto is not out of the question.
