Yes you heard right! The big engines are fitted to this one, she moves with ease with a boat load of people whale watching off the South West Coast here in WA. Access through to the engine bay is directly off the cockpit with easy access for my 6 foot plus frame, it could not be easier. This is a family boat at its finest with two soft leather lounges in the saloon. Watch the latest DVD, relax and chat or lay the large lounge out to a double bed when the kids bring a friend or two. The fusion stereo, TV and DVD covers all bases for the family and with stone bench tops and more gloss timbers the feel and finish is well above the majority of what is currently for sale in WA. A further step up and the expansive galley meets all the cooking needs a family could ask for, more stone bench tops, more gloss timbers and a range of quality appliances. Origo twin element electric stove, convection mircowave, fridge and freezer and more space than most of the apartments I lived in when travelling Australia. All cabins have plenty of hanging space, storage and are spacious and private. Sleeping at least 8 in beds there is room for a few more when utilising the layout of this family boat. This is a quality layout. Walking up the fly bridge staircase is a simple affair and I hope you noticed I referred to it as walking up the staircase, no need to climb up the ladder. Moulded GRP stairs make the trip up top a breeze and once you arrive you may not want to leave. Relax in the sun on aft sun pad, kick back on one of the two lounges, roll up the clears and let the world in. This is a great place to relax on the Meridian 411 and a double helm seat with bolsters makes for a happy skipper as well. Finally I need to note the engines in this boat. Normally we would expect to see the 380hp units fitted, not in this one. A pair of Cummins Diamond series 6CTA8.3,450 Hp, turbo diesel, shaft driven engines will really get this 41 footer up and going !! One of only two we understand were built with these engines fitted. Showing just 204 hours, yes thats correct and over serviced so we are sure this will pass any test you can throw at it. This is a very unique boat and presents in every way. Ideally suited for long trips down South or extended trips to Rotto and beyond. The whole family can spread out, bring friends and still not get in the way of mum and dad.
