Designed by Robert Perry and built in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast by the fastidious Horst Steigmann this steel 1989 Passport 42 �Sierra� has Blue Water Cruising in her DNA. The hull is finished in AWLgrip faired so well some may not believe the boat is of steel construction. No expense has been spared on the interior fit out completed professionally by the Boat Boys in Laurie�s Boat Yard in Buddina. The interior black wattle woodwork, panelling and lining is to this day is in excellent condition. Having traveled extensively throughout Australia over the years this boat is able to take anything the ocean has to throw at her. The owner was going to take advantage of this seakeeping ability and the international registration to travel through Asia. Sierra has been well prepared for this voyage over the last year which has now has been abandoned due to a change in circumstances.
