44ft Roberts Junk Rigged Ketch. Mango Moon is a 1984 Bruce Roberts designed steel junk rigged ketch cruising yacht. This centre cockpit cruising yacht has been very well maintained by her loving owners and recently (2016) undergone a full sandblast and repaint with new upholstery and some internal trimming. Her junk rig set up on unstayed masts provide excellent downwind and off the wind performance as well as surprising windward pointing and speed ability. Twin asymmetrical keels and a 1.5m draft make this yacht fabulous for coastal cruising as well as an excellent ocean passage maker. Mango Moon has a large double aft cabin and accommodation forward with 4 single bunks, good storage throughout, ideal for cruising or live a board.
